SHORT LOAD CONCRETE

Short load concrete is smaller quantities of ready-mixed concrete,  suitable for smaller residential or commercial projects. We offer delivery-only or full service concrete up to 1.5 cubic meters per load (1.96 cubic yards). 

Delivery-Only: We supply and pour concrete, 1 hour on-site maximum

Full Service: We dig and prep the area, form, pour, and finish the concrete

We offer Four mixtures for various needs, each with their own ratio of cement to sand to gravel.

Basic (M5): 1:5:10  (725psi)                                $375/m3     

 M5 concrete mix is ideal for non-structural construction projects, which don’t require higher loading capacity. The M5 concrete mix specifically fills the roles that are essential for low-strength applications. It is economical to complete basic construction work. 

Strong (M7.5): 1:4:8 (1090psi)                          $405/m3

 M7.5 concrete can be used for building moderate load-bearing structures. Small-level construction projects may use this type of concrete mixture for footings, foundations, retaining walls, floors, slabs, and other plain cement concrete works. 

Stronger (M10): 1:3:6 (1450psi)                      $435/m3

 M10 concrete is a lower grade of concrete used in non-load-bearing applications where high strength is not necessary. Its mix ratio of 1:3:6 makes it ideal for foundational work, sub-bases, and non-load-bearing structures. It is cost-effective and easy to handle, making it a suitable option for simpler construction tasks.  

Strongest (M15): 1:2:4 (2175psi)               $465/m3

 M15 concrete is used where only moderate strength is required.
