Summary

Water intrusion can be tough on any home. This property in Sarnia needed a full basement waterproofing and careful restoration of the exterior surface to protect the foundation and keep water out for good.

The Work

Excavated around the foundation down to below footing level and checked for damage
Installed new perforated drainage tile surrounded by gravel and filter fabric
Repaired foundation issues, applied tar, rubber membrane, and dimple board for extra protection
Installed new window wells and fresh gravel
Used hydro jetting to clear out drain tile
Backfilled, compacted, and poured new concrete walkways and pads with a brush finish

The Outcome

The property now has a dry, protected basement and a smooth, new concrete finish along the home. The new drainage system and waterproofing layers work together to keep moisture away from the foundation. Everything looks neat, feels secure, and is built to handle tough weather. If you have similar concerns, we're ready to help tackle them.
