Summary

Standing water in a parking lot catch basin was causing concern for the property manager of a Sarnia apartment building. We were called in to locate and clear a stubborn blockage that was stopping proper drainage.

The Work

Excavated around the catch basin and exposed the affected drain line
Used a mini excavator to access and remove buildup and debris
Replaced damaged plumbing parts to restore flow
Hauled away all excavated material and debris from the site

The Outcome

Water now flows freely through the drain, reducing the risk of flooding and property damage. The area is safer for tenants and ready for regular use.
