Summary

Water issues near the foundation can cause bigger headaches down the road. For this home in Sarnia, we were called in to address ongoing moisture problems and restore the look and function of the exterior walls.

The Work

Excavated around the foundation to inspect, clean, and repair damaged spots
Installed new drainage tile with filter fabric, surrounded in clear gravel
Applied waterproof tar, rubber membrane, and dimple board to exterior walls
Repaired cracks, parged over block, and backfilled with proper slope
Delivered and spread topsoil for a finished look

The Outcome

The property now has a watertight basement exterior and a fresh, even surface along the wall. These improvements help protect against future leaks and keep the foundation strong.
