Summary

A homeowner wanted to create a sturdy, low-maintenance surface to enhance their outdoor living area. We were brought in to form and pour a new 8.5x8.5 concrete pad with a clean brush finish, adding usable space next to the deck.

The Work

Formed and poured an 8.5x8.5 foot concrete pad (max 4" thick)
Applied a brush finish for added texture and slip resistance
Ensured the new pad was level and well-integrated with the existing yard and deck

The Outcome

The finished pad gives the homeowner a practical, solid base for outdoor furniture or gatherings. Its neat lines and textured surface upgrade the backyard, making the space more inviting and easier to maintain.
